A discernible Chenin Blanc, with balance and harmony.

Pure scents of ripe orchard fruits and greengage plums. A bright, mineral approach leads you to a generous, richer mouthfeel, and a clean lingering finish with hints of roasted almonds.

    Growing Season

A season of two halves with a relatively wet spring coupled with cool conditions through December and January time.
resulting in lower than average crops. January and February were extremely hot and dry with only around 20mm of rain falling from Christmas to harvest
This meant there was a very short time period between veraison and harvest providing clean, ripe and concentrated fruit. The growing season was
the inverse to the 2018 vintage.

    Harvest

It was a condensed harvest covering just 20 days with the first pick on the 10th March and last on the 30th March. By variety was as below.

Chardonnay: 14th to the 25th March

Chenin Blanc: 23rd to the 30th March

Pinot Noir: 10th to the 26th March
