All of our packed and sent from our on-site cellar and will arrive to you within a few days.

When will my order be packed and sent?

We aim to pack and ship wine orders one the same day, otherwise it'll be sent out on the next working day.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery to urban areas of New Zealand is typically 1-2 working days with rural delivery taking an extra 1-2 working days.

You will receive a tracking URL to follow your shipments progress.

What are your shipping rates?

North Island

We offer free shipping for orders of $150 or more.

International shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to select countries using Wine Collective, see International orders if you're interested in ordering from overseas.

Can I add a card with a message?

Yes! Add a message to your order when checking out and we'll write the message for you and pop it in the box.

What is your returns policy?

If your wine has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order on wine@wrekin.co.nz.

If you are not happy with our wine in any way please try to get in touch with us within 7 days. If we can approve a refund we will promptly arrange this or alternatively, redeliver your order.

How do I become a club member?

You can join our wine club for free. Visit the wine club page to learn more.

Can I request specific wines in my club orders?

Yes, absolutely. We'll do our best to honour your wine preference which you can update from your account area.

Are you certified organic?

Yes. We have been certified since 2020 by Biogro #5732 and have been practicing organics since 2012.

Do you sell single bottles?

We sell 2 and 6 packs of wine as this is the most optimal for shipping. We are happy to make up a mixed packs for you too.
