Our 2024 chenin blanc showcases a delicate, floral and poised nose of green apple and notes of pear. The palate is mouth-watering with bright acidity and a long dry finish. There's a rich density to this vintage, though firmly grounded.
With a hot, dry days and cool nights the fruit was extremely clean as it was hand-picked, foot-stomped and basket-pressed making for a lovely wine with minimal winemaking influence.
Best enjoyed slightly chilled as an apéritif, most ideally with a grazing cheese board.
