Shipping policy

We aim to pack and ship wine orders one the same day, otherwise it'll be sent out on the next working day.

Delivery to urban areas of New Zealand is typically 1-2 working days with rural delivery taking an extra 1-2 working days. You will receive a tracking URL to follow your shipments progress.

We ship to select countries using Wine Collective, see International orders if you're interested in ordering from overseas.
