The La Carbonique is fermented using carbonic maceration and made in the French nouveau-style of pinot noir. It includes all of our pinot clones alongside rogue vines such as muscat, sauvignon, pinot gris and others - a unique characteristic of the winemaking process. Vine age from 17-22 years.
This certified organic wine is best served lightly chilled to start, and enjoyed even more as it warms and opens up in the glass.
