The Classic mixed case is a pack that represents our three grape varieties most recent released vintages. These are all organic certified, hand-picked, single estate wines grown and made by Jeremy Hyland and Hätsch Kalberer. The Chenin and Chardonnay were also both made on-site in our new (at the time) gravity-flow winery and all are under cork.
In the Chenin Blanc you'll discover a subtle yet floral nose of green apples and baked quince followed by a dry, bright but firmly grounded moreish acidity – perfect for a sunny day and cheese platter.
The Chardonnay is more like a petit chablis style - citrus focused with hints of tea leaf with a vibrant palate and crisp acidity. This wine pairs exceptionally well with fresh seafood.
The 2020 Pinot Noir is an artists wine - soft but powerful with deliciously concentrated dark fruits, with pretty tannins and a long and lovely finish to savour long into the evening.
These three wines are a real treat and a pack that showcases our entire vineyard.
